Rear sofa sliding back hitting wall

When we travel our rear sleeper sofa moves back and stops at the rear wall. No problem except when you sit on it you hear the rear wall making noise(ie, the sofa back is pushing against it).

I routinely pull it out an inch or so to prevent this upon arrival (the sofa is heavy and it is difficult to move) and it is a PITA.

Any of you experienced/solved this problem? I would like to put L brackets in the floor to hold it in place but there is no real accessible place to install them on the sofa legs. Also thought about putting a 2x4 spacer between the sofa and the rear wall but anticipate that is not good for the rear wall attachment points.

Our residential couch is not fastened to the slide and can move. But the previous owners placed some 2x4 blocks behind and beside it, between the couch and the slide walls. Prevents the couch from hitting the walls. Doesn't prevent it from moving outwards, but it's in a permanent site now, no worries there. The blocks can be removed if needed. Didn't even know they were there until we were looking for another wall outlet behind the couch (there isn't one...).
