Replace awning lights

our catalina legacy came with the blue led awning lights and my wife doesn't like them. Any one replaced them? Looking for a way to replace them with another led string that would have multiple colors and dimmable. Hopefully the replacement would be somewhat plug and play.
Thanks.

Check these out. Multiple colors and effects. Control with your smartphone or their remote. We've been using them for years. Very high quality.

I'm hoping for a little more detail on actually doing the replacement.

Here is what I think will work. Where the wiring connects to the existing lights at the top of the awning arm I cut the wires and wire in the new lights. The lights are controlled by a switch inside. I disconnect the wires to the switch and install the controller and rewire back to the switch. If I have this correct I now have color changing, dimmable leds that run under the awning. What I haven't figured out yet is where the wires from the led lights that are under the trailer connect to the awning lights. Anyone found this connection. I have another set of wires that come to the back of the control panel that the two wires are twisted together and have a wire nut on them. Haven't figured out where they come from or go to just yet.
