RV Cover Advice

I just purchased a new Adco Tyvek RV cover for our 2013 Coachmen Freedom Express. Starting to think about our Michigan winters. We had our old Starcraft trailer for 15 years and never covered it so this is my first experience with a cover. We keep our trailer on our wooded property in the upper part of the lower Michigan peninsula which gets plenty of snow and want to keep it in as good condition as possible. Adco stated to cover any sharp corners. Is there anything other than the gutters? I was thinking of wrapping some foam pipe insulation around them. I would appreciate any feedback both pros and cons.

I have used a cover on all of my trailers , they do a great job of keeping your unit clean. The only thing thatare my cover tear was the gutter extension. Cut and X into a Tennis ball and but it over the drip edge that worked for me. Also remove to small radio antenna. If you don't the weight on the cover will cause it to break....
