When I checked the carpet in the camper was wet at the rear corner of the slide. Did a crawl around under the camper and saw that the foam corner blocks are there. Any pictures of the sheet metal inner fenders installed by the dealer would be appreciated. After the fiasco I went through with the leaking slideout I'm leary about any work they perform if I can do it myself. I'm still new here on the forum and will be asking some dumb questions as I go
This is what my dealer installed. I've driven through some rain with them installed. Seems to be working.Click image for larger version

Great pictures, thanks for posting them. They look like they would do the job and I might give making a set and installing them a try if nothing else works. I took a quick look at the slide today and the rubber pieces look like they are installed correctly but it started raining so had to call it quits.

I dont know what gage sheet metal they used. General RV in Wixom Michigan was the dealer. They've been on for over a year now. They might be of some help with questions. Good luck.

I was able to get ahold of Coachman today. They are sending me the new seals to install with the hopes of it fixing my leaking issue from road spray.

Keep you posted

Leaky slide

Hello all

Have a 248rbs going through the same thing on leaks. Dealer has worked on it numerous times and extended the warranty and going to try and fix again. I am going to mention and show this fix to them. Thanks

These units were made this way at the factory. When we got ours it leaked because of the missing seal. Went back to the dealer and he looked at 6 of the same model and they all were missing this 10cent piece of foam.

Here is a document that shows the foam in place. you can see this when you look under your slide. Don't worry you don't have to remove the slide in the picture, that was an easier way for them to show it. Also be aware that the 2inch seal under the slide is also going to be puckered and you will get water there as well. I have FR send me both the seals and the foam. Replace the seal without pucker and installed foam and all is good. Damn shame you have to spent so much time working on something that cost so much.

Anyway see the following and I hope it helps.

2020 Coachmen Freedom Express 310BHDS

We have the exact same issue with our 2020 Coachmen Freedom Express 310BHDS, tire spray is soaking the rear living area where the main slide is. I checked and the foam blocks are there. My dealer is going to look at it and see if Coachmen will approve repairs. Either way I'm going to make sure the seals are correct and build that inner fender. I don't understand why they wouldn't put those in place as a standard practice. $20 worth of material to prevent all that water spray onto the bottom of the slide area.

Thanks to all who provided pictures and documentation!

Hope you get it figured out. When we installed the blocks that took care of the problem. Look under the slide and check the wipes that seal the bottom.

Mine had been cut to form the angle and it had puckered and was also allowing water in.
