When mine did this , I had a small hairline crack in the strainer bowl. Couldn't see it until I gave up and decided to clean my clean strainer just so I could mark it off the list of things to check while trouble shooting.
Mine was easier access than yours so it seems, good luck

Thanks, once I get someone to access it, I’ll be sure to check that as well.

Also, to help alleviate future issues, does anyone see an issue with me “extending” the lines/wiring in order to move the pump to a more accessible location? I was thinking about inserting those plastic extender tubes with rad clamps to seal it.....I don’t think there would be an issue with “increased workload” for the pump but ya never know I guess

Extending it to a location more easily accessible isn't an issue.
Using 'radiator' clamps may be.

What would you use as an alternative to rad clamps?

I can't advise without knowing what kind of plumbing lines and fittings you plan to use.

My point... you can't use rad clamps on PEX tubing so it's not as simple as adding a couple extensions and tightening a clamp with a screwdriver.
