Suggestions on potential purchase of Catalina 243RBS

We are considering trading in our 2012 RPOD 177, for a 2015 Catalina 243 RBS. We need the extra living space. We have checked models both in person and online, and have found the best price is about $18,500 (MSRP is about $28K)
Shall we put a deposit on this unit to lock in the price? Or wait till March of 2015 hoping price will stay the same?
