Hello, and to the forums. Hope you enjoy the stay, and learn a lot, and can teach others what you already know.

Sorry, can't help on the jack. Is your camper new, under warranty? If so, let the dealer worry about it. If not, try a search on here for tongue jack, or electric jack. Others have had problems, and maybe there is a solution there. I haven't followed those threads.

Welcome to FRF!!!

It sounds to me that the clutch in the LCI jack is slipping. If this is the jack I think it is, then this is what they have to say. Its not much but might help you...
The clutch will slip under two conditions: (1) the jack may have reached it’s extend or retract limit or that the tongue weight of the trailer has exceeded the capacity limits of the jack. Items stored in the trailer can vastly influence the weight distribution of the jack. Reorganize stored items if Electric Tongue Jack motor clutch continues to slip.

Here's a manual for the LCI jack.

I had a similar experience, except my LCI chewed itself up. I replaced with a Barker 3500 under warranty. If out of warranty, I would still have replaced it with the Barker.

One more thing for you to try. Grab your manual crank handle, open the rubber plug on the top and hand-crank it counterclockwise a little. Its just possible that the worm gear needs to catch hold. I would brace the tongue or hitch it to your vehicle first as a safety measure. Just a thought.
