TV mount question

I just purchased a 2014 Freedom Express 281RLDSLE. Can anyone tell me how to remove the television, that came mounted from the factory? Also can I adjust the antenna direction? Normally it has a handle to raise and lower, but I don't see one.

I don't have the Freedom Express 281 but our Rockwood came with a tv in the living area. I did take it off it's mounts, to do that I had to lift strait up from the bottom giving it a pretty good tug. Once it raises up about 1 1/2" I pulled it towards me and it came right off. Unhook wires and away you go. The mountings are really pretty decent. At least that's how mine came off the entertainment center. Ours also has a handle to raise and lower the antenna and a knob to adjust the direction.

Not sure if freedom have the same as the flagstaff , But if so you have to pull it out and then push up and it will unlatch. But it has to be extended out before it will unlock. As for your antenna you should have a turn crank handle that adjust it up and once its up. You can then pull down on the big circle just above the crank and spin it in the direction you need to for adjustment. Hope this helps someone else may have a pic that can better help if not let me know I can take a pic of these's and post to help anyone better understand..

I have noticed that Coachmen has started using a mast style antenna that is not crank up. Check your paperwork (or ask your dealer) but I bet you have the new style.

It must be the mast style. (I had a Catalina that had the crank on the ceiling.) I haven't had a chance to get on the roof yet, to see. Not sure I'm going to like it. The 1 night we were out last week, we didn't get all the local channels in Cincinnati. I did have the booster on.
