walking on roof

I've seen a lot of posts about this. Some say yes, some say no. Is it ok to walk on the roof of my 2014 Catalina? Other than falling off the roof and killing myself, is there any possibility of damaging the roof?

You probably had 2 or 3 people up there at once installing stuff when it was built. I've walked on every one of ours. Sure they flex a little, and some more than others. If you're concerned, stay towards the edges. Do you have a ladder installed? If so there's your first clue. Also, you cannot do proper roof maintenance as required for warranty if you don't walk up there. At least on mine you can't.

My v lite has no problem with me walking on it (6'2" and 230 lbs of me) stay away from stepping near skylights. If your really afraid of it put a smooth piece of plywood gently on the roof making sure not to cut the rubber roof. Or sit on the roof and spread your weight out that way.
