Water inlet question

We have owned a 2006 Coachmen Chaparral 277DS
model 059 for now the 2nd year. My DW had
breast cancer last year and we spent the summer
getting her mended instead of camping. We had a
class C motor home before we got this 5th wheel
so we are not new to camping. I did a walk thought
when we bought the Cappy and camped in it one
time last summer. The time we camped in it was a
full hookup and no problems, ok enought of that
LOL......

I have three water inlets, two on the left side
(drivers side of trailer) which are marked for city
water and one on the other side marked
gravity fill for the fresh water tank. On the 2nd
inlet marked City Water I have no problem, I
hook it up and everything works as it should
when hooked up to city water. But 1st inlet
which has a chome ring arounnd and marked
city water sounds as if it is filling a tank
somewhere close by, I see no leaks, so my
question is..... is this filling another tank, or
the fresh water tank or is it a intake to flush
the gray or black water tank

So I know alot of you own new trailer and
I'm asking a question about a 5'er over eight
years old but she is a good trailer and was
well kept by the 1st owners and as 2nd
owner we intend to do the same.

That one may be the black water jet to clean out the black water tank when you have the dump valve open.

Next time you dump your black tank you need to flush it out with this other chrome one hooked up to city water. Hopefully you have some clear elbow that you can see the clear water coming out when the black tank is clean.

If you hook it up to city water you will fill your black water tank so please watch it.

Hope this helps.
