When you got yours repaired, did you contact Coachmen? Reason I ask is because maybe Dixiedawg might consider doing the same? That way he knows it's done right.

This was on Alcoa Highway in Knoxville about a mile from John Sevier Hwy. A good friend lives less than a mile from here. He drove by on his motorcycle and didn't realize it was us.
I would absolutely recommend the factory. I put a post on here about where to get it fixed. I have no faith in my purchasing dealer's service department. It was pretty unanimous to take it to the factory.
I called Bob Jewell- Repair side and he was fantastic to work with. Bob was going to retire by now, so I don't think he is there. Joe Schueneman is mentioned above. He was over warranty work, but may be over service now with Bob retiring. Joe will put you in touch with the right people.
Bob suggested waiting until the end of camping season to get it fixed. It was hit in August. I took it to the factory in October. It took them about a week to fix everything. I also had them do 2 warranty things while it was there (range hood fan and kitchen faucet).
Mine was completely covered by the other person's insurance. I told them it was going to the factory, 380 miles from my house, and asked them how they were getting it there and back. After a very long pause, I suggested they cover my expenses and I'd transport. They didn't argue and sent me a check. I turned both ends of the trip into a weekend outing. Indiana Dunes SP on the way up and Ft Wayne, IN to see some friends on the pick up trip.
