Feldhege,

Check the this link http://www.trojanbattery.com/pdf/trj...usersguide.pdf and you will find lots of battery information. Trojan Batteries are my preference but there are lots of options out there. Choose what makes you comfortable, Walmart and Sears do have a lot of stores and offer decent warranties.

Best regards,

Wherever you get them, just make sure that they are true deep discharge batteries. The marine batteries will not last as long. You might consider using two 6V golf cart batteries in series.

I do have a question about dual batteries.
How big? (AH and Size)
Where do you buy them?
Should I get them from Wal-mart (or Sears or a place with buildings around the country)?
I plan on building a battery box/Tongue Storage box for them but just want to make sure I make it big enough.
I use 2 6volt golf cart batteries. A bit better runtime than 2 12volt deep cycle batteries.

post up plenty of picks when you get to the battery box. Been thinking about doing one on my trailer with storage as well.

Check out the tab at the top navigation bar called library - it is where most tech articles are stored. everything you ever wanted to know and more about batteries, wiring etc.
