351THSS low point drains???

I looked under the trailer where the sticker at the left front corner says it is, but don't see any??? Is it because ours has the liner under the trailer?
Do I need to remove the under liner to see the drain to open it?

OR

am I just a complete dumbazz? (which is most likely the case) LOL

Mine are poking out of the enclosed belly just in front of the front axle.......... And I think my sticker is somewhere near the axles IIRC.
