Freezing

Hey everyone, I just want to get some input on freezing potential. I occasionally rent my sig trailer, but not typically after it's been blown out. I've got someone who wants to rent it from the end of November into December, for about 10 days to hunt. My trailer has the "rocky mountain package" which ducts heat to the fresh water tank, and has higher R-value insulation, but I am curious on everyone's thoughts about freezing pipes. The only 2 pipes I've seen exposed are the hot and cold drain low-point. They stick out a good 8 inches, so I believe they'd be susceptible to freezing, but I can't be 100% sure, especially if the inside of the trailer is 65-75 degrees, and knowing how water conducts heat. I could wrap them easily, but maybe it's not necessary.

When it comes down to it, should I worry about freezing when the trailer is kept warm?

I say you'll be OK but then again, we don't know if we're talking 30 degrees outside or 10 degrees outside.

I would say we're talking about 10 degrees, since it will likely be used in the mountains.

not only water lines but also black and grey tank drains can freeze . if your going to be 10 or colder then winterize it and don't let them use water in the unit
better safe then sorry

Do you have an outside shower? Something else to consider.
