Sorry B47, I wasn't offering a correction or a debate.

Just throwing in a little extra info regarding Yellowstone that I think is interesting ... and some folks might not be aware of the Yellowstone Caldera and the Supervolcanic geology of the area.

Cheers

No problem - I'll gladly listen to a little extra information from a man who can train his wife for 30 years

OK... now you started a controversially debate.

I never stated I "can" train my wife... only that I have been at it for 30 years.

I stand corrected - now I'm going to stop before Dave bans me.

I'm still finding screws and sawdust 7 years later. I had the same issue with my speaker wiring. Apparently someone there doesn't understand speaker polarity!

Lippert/Forest River are fixing them as reported, but there's been no attempt to pro-actively get in front of the problem. Root cause seems to be the grease seal which Lippert installs is failing allowing grease to be plastered all over the brake shoes. Result, little or no brakes. What is it going to take for FR and Lippert to take this issue seriously, an accident?
Prolly 10 for $1 Chinese seals...cheapest the suppliers can sell to anyone AND a large pneumatic grease gun being improperly used or a bad air regulator or just plain improper training on the use of the tools. My .02

My 2007 Starcraft didn't have any of these problems, but my 2012 Coachmen did-all of them and more.
I think it's more of a market change and a struggle to survive in a price-point sensitive market.
