Slideout Binding on Puma Unleashed 356QLB

We have a 2011 Puma Unleashed 356QLB toy hauler that we're having trouble with the slideout binding up. When we attempt to slide it, the right side(the side with the actuator) moves quicker than the left (the rear closer to the garage). My husband has already replaced the square piping under the slideout because it cracked at the seam. The slide out worked a few times in and out, but then it returns to moving uneven again. The unit is sitting level and the gears are good. Has anyone had issues with their slideout, or any suggestions with how to correct our issue? Thanks.

No, doesn't seem to be the carpet. Appears to be something fetching up underneath.
