2003 FR Flagstaff Sink Drain hose needed

I have a 2003 Flagstaff that I just purchased. Upon further looking at it, I found that the white sink drain hose is cut and is almost completely broken in two. Is this something I can get a simple fix for at Lowe's or where can I get a replacement for it at?

Any help would be appreciated. I looked up similar troubles in the forum, but didn't see exactly what I was looking for.
