2006 forest river mallard

My water pump is not pulling the anifreeze in the fresh water tank up for winterization. Nor will it pull the little bit of water out of the regular water lines. The pump is mounted under the sink in the kitchen...when I kick it act like it wants to pump (makes a noise, vibrates) but nothing happens. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong?

Any assistance is most appreciated! MUCH THANKS!

Just to clarify, the Mallard trailers were made by Fleetwood, not Forest River.

Try priming the pump. Unscrew the suction side line and pour some antifreeze or water in the pump and down the line and see if it picks up, and starts pumping. The impeller probably dried out some and isn't sealing very well.
