So I'm wondering if this is an issue where perhaps a support under the shower has come loose. And if so, where exactly is a place to access the supports? I'm also not real thrilled that the heat duct comes out from under the shower stall - thus I think they probably have done some funky stuff with support under the stall.
Thoughts, comments and suggestions please!

I have the same characteristic on my 2016 Flagstaff 27 VRL. garden shower. Mine has an access panel on the exterior , under the door. Upon inspection , I see that there is no support under the floor pan in the area adjacent to the drain. I put in blocks of expanded polyethylene foam and that did make it better, but, I think the better choice would be blocks of polystyrene foam (hard foam vs squishy foam)
