2013 3010DS fresh water tank drain

No one at the dealer can tell me where the main drain valve is located on the fresh water tank on our 2013 3010DS Sunseeker. We found the small valve behind the kitchen sink that you access thru the panel in the passenger side storage bin, but we don't think that's the main drain. It's too small.

Anybody know?

First look under the unit and find the plastic hose/tube that points down. Normally there is a valve on the tube. Not so on mine. The underside of mine is all sealed. I noticed an area next to the tube that had duct tape in a square. I peeled back two sides of the tape and there was the valve. After draining I sealed the tape back. Don't know why they elected to hide the valve like that but try looking under the unit for that tube.

Thanks Clicker. I've looked under the unit but haven't found it yet. Nothing real obvious, at least. I've had 2 toy boxes and a Class A pusher and they were all in plain sight. Even the service tech couldn't find it. The little valve behind the kitchen sink is higher than the water tank so it would never drain it. I think it's just a valve to help draining the lines if you were winterizing your rig.

The valve behind the sink is higher than the water tank so it would never fully drain the tank. I think it just for draining the water lines when winterizing.

Offroad in the 3051 the drain valve "IS" behind panel in passenger storage compartment, when I looked at your floor plan and saw where your sink is, thats why I said it might be same location as mine.

Thanks, I'll try that again but will keep looking back around the water tank, too. The drains in my other rigs were all 3/4" or 1" valves. This little 1/2" would take a long time to empty the 44 gal tank, that's why I think it's just a line drain.

Fresh water tank drain 2013 sunseeker 3010

I have that year and model, there is a small outside storage compartment under the bedroom slide. Inside the compartment there is an access panel to the water pump and drain valve. Turn the valve handle up and it will drain the tank. There is also a low water drain valve under that storage compartment with a screw on cap. Unscrew the cap and a small amount of water will drain out.
