2014 Forest River 356 QBQ Gray / Black Tanks

We have 2 gray tanks and 2 black tanks. Not really sure what empties into the gray tanks. The grey tank fills up extremely fast and backs up into the sink in the rear bathroom. This is not long after gray tanks have been emptied. we are not sure what empties into what or if there is a valve we do not know about that needs to be opened. Appreciate any advice you have to offer.

My husband said that there are 3 grey valves and 2 black valves. We cannot figure out what runs into which grey tank. The rear bathroom shower and sink fills up very quickly after it has been emptied. Originally I stated there were 2 grey valves, but there are actually 3 grey valves.
