2014 Grey wolf 27 bhks hot water

Does anyone know if the hot water is electric or propane powered or both. New to camping and having issues as the dealer is not helpful. Thanks

What's is the model of your wh?

Normally there gas only or gas/electric.

Although it doesn't surprise me, I think id find a new dealer if he cant tell you what you have

Really need to know the model of the water heater.
But if its a suburban wh then theres a switch on the outside of camper inside the wh access panel.
Its hard to find but look in the lower left hand corner of the wh.
Little black switch.
