2016 Cherokee 274dbh bathroom sink leak

Looking for any advice on how to go about fixing a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Where to start? I don’t want to replace it, but will if I have to. Thanks in advance.

Leaking underneath could be a washer. Up top at the handle could be a seal. Cheap enough to replace with better.
