2016 Heritage Glen Shower Faucet Replacement Parts

The shower faucet is shot, when we pull up the lever to engage the shower, most of the water flows out of the faucet and not into the showerhead. The piece that cuts the flow of water in the faucet doesn't apply enough pressure, do I need to replace the o ring in it? If so, how do I do that? Or should I replace the whole fixture? If so, what is the part number or name I should look for?
Many thanks in advance!

You have a 2016 Heritage Glen that should be covered under warranty. Just take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix.

If that isn't an option you could call your local Rv dealer parts place and they should have a faucet in stock that you could use to replace you old one.

Hope that helps,
