2716G De-winterize: Can't completely drain fresh water tank

What's the best way to empty out the fresh water tank? The drain spout is not positioned at the bottom and therefore leaves some liquid/antifreeze in tank. Is it a bad idea to jack up one side of the camper?

Thank you!

Just leave the drain valve open when you head out on your first trip... assuming you're not going dry camping with a load of water onboard. The sloshing around from driving will finish emptying the tank as you go down the road.
