A/C from black tank roof vent?

When I was investigating for a new vent cover I removed the cover and felt cold air from the pipe? When the a/c turned off the cold air stopped. I have no idea how this could happen and hoped an expert would have an idea.

I suppose that it is possible, but unlikely, that conditioned air could seep though a bad seal on the toilet and enter the black tank.

Do you keep water in the bowl between each flush?

If not try putting a couple of inches of water in the bowl and see if you still get air up there.

Plug the bathroom sink as well.

I looked and the model number is 310. I was hopping it was the old toliet. Still going to remove it and check. I also got the clear elbow and couldn't believe how much stuff still came out after multiple flushes. Started using the geo method also form happy camper product.
