Air Conditioner leaks

Has anyone had a problem with the cabin Ac leaking water during a rainstorm? Mine did and I just picked it up from my dealer where Forest River authorized a replacement unit.

Sounds like they either didn't torque the hold-down bolts correctly or they didn't get the roof seal in the proper place.

Remove the inside grill and look to see if the seal looks right. If it does, tighten the bolts a little to see if that stops it until you can get them properly torqued.

If you have a Dometic AC, the installation instructions say .Evenly tighten mounting bolts to compress gasket
to 1/2" this will be a torque of 40 - 50 inch pounds.

Thanks for your reply and little more history... I have had it in three times : the first time they torqued it down properly - still leaked in rain the second time they took it off checked the gasket put a new one on sealed it all up torqued it down properly - still leaked at that point I ask if Forest River had any history of problems with this installation I was told no so I insisted on a new unit since it is obviously defective they replaced it yesterday and I'm waiting on rain now.
