Atwood Air Conditioner dripping and not cooling well

All of a sudden our 6 month old air conditioner has started leaking after it has been on an hour or two. We used in multiple times late last summer, and no problems, now this has started. I've tried closing the vents on the unit (ceiling) and opening them and letting flow through ceiling vents. I read once that it can happen if you are going in or out or leave door open but that isn't our case. We live in the desert so very low humidity. The rear bedroom one doesn't do that? Any suggestions?

It may simply be that the hold-down bolts are a little loose allowing the condensation do leak into the unit instead of running off. Remove the inside grill and you should see four bolts. They should be a little snug. You should only tighten them to 4.4 Ft-Lbs. (50 In-Lbs.). That's just good and snug.

When u remove the grill are the fins iced over? May not have enough airflow across the coil if you are forcing all the air through the veñts.
