Bathroom sink drains SLOW and "burps"!

2018 FR 22' TT used 5 times. This past weekend, the bathroom sink seemed "plugged" with water visible just a couple inches below the sink, but would "burp" and splash water all over the bathroom whenever we ran anything down the kitchen sink! Kitchen and shower seem to drain OK.

This last time out, I was a 1/2 bubble out on the side to side level with the shower/sink being slightly lower than the bathroom.

Suggestions? TIA!

Look under the sink for a short vent pipe and a breather cap on top. Unscrew it and see if the water goes down with out burping. If it does you can try cleaning it or just replace it. Takes the place of a vent through the roof. Should be one under each sink. The vent on the roof is for the tanks.

The gray tank vent may be pushed too far down into the top of the gray tank. Hopefully not, but it’s happened before.

The air admittance valve may be bad. You can get a replacement at any big box or hardware store for a few $.

X2. I got this air admittance valve (Oatey 39017 Sure-Vent Air Admittance Valve with 1-1/2-Inch by 2-Inch PVC Adapter Bulk Pack, 2-Inch) and had the drain lines blown clear so mine wouldn't do what yours is doing. There was probably construction debris that was still in there from the factory. So far (fingers crossed) it's working after more than a year. Also make sure you put a cover over your shower drain to catch hair, etc. and keep it cleaned out between showers.
