Black/Grey Tank drain extensions

I have a Blue Ridge 5th wheel with 2 gray tanks and 1 black tank. The black tank and one grey tank drain through a common drain outlet. The remaining grey tank has a separate drain outlet. Both drain outlets are set back at least 12 to 18 inches back from the outside of the trailer. Here is my problem, I have had both knees replaced and I can't get down on my knees to hook up the dump drains. If the tank drain pipe could be extended until is close to the outside edge of the trailer, it would solve my problem. IS it possible to have a extension pipe added to the tanks so that the drain points are easily reached? Any suggestions?
