My black water tank still shows full after I emptied it! Camper is a 2014 Puma 23FB! What do you guys think?

Usually means the probes inside the tank have deposits of paper and/or other debris stuck on sensor...which will give you a false reading...happens all the time.

If you have a Black water flush on your trailer try that if not there is a clear elbow that has a water hose hook up that attaches to your waste dump or people have suggested putting a bag of ice and water down your toilet after you dump and then drive around a bit. There are lots of good suggestions on how to keep your tank clean just use a search and you will find lots. I try to flush mine out as often as I can. Also search for the Geo-Method it seems to work quite well and is easy to do.

You can try that if tank has not setup too long since your last emptying...most folks on this forum will do a Calgon soap solution in their tank and while driving down the road, it'll help loosen the debris...then empty out once you get home.
Some do a bagged ice method also to help scrub the walls while the camper is in motion...use the search button on this topic & you'll get a ton of info on this subject

Personally, I wouldn't worry much about it...takes a lot longer to fill up the black tank vs the grey tanks on a camping trip.

I use the Geo Method at least every other trip sometimes every trip. I only use odor control if we camp for more than 3 days. I have 1 more camping trip planned before the cold weather hits (I hope). On my way home I am going to use the geo method on all my tanks to get them clean before my camper gets winterized.

I have been using the geo method since I got my 5'er. I do it everything e I stop at a dump station and I'm sure to use my internal flusher to spray the inside of the tank until I get "clear" liquid out and no "bits" passing by.

Have not had problems with odors and my sensors seem to be reading pretty well.

This is a normal occurrence......... You can try the above methods........... After having sensors in a couple trailers I mainly go by what is normal for us as to when to dump the tanks..........

I would fill the black tank to 2/3-3/4 full, add a capful of Calgon, a capful of Purex, maybe your black tank deodorizer of choice, and a bag of ice and drive it down the road. Dump again and I'd bet you'll be good to go. Good luck!

X2. This is what we do and never had an issue with smell, blockage or false reading probes. By the way there are better after market probes available. Very good reviews on those. http://www.horstmiracleprobes.com/
