My temporary solution. I talked to the dealer and they said there is nothing Forest River will do. They said that the tanks should have had straps from the factory but none of mine do, but neither does my neighbors 2011 Salem. They told me to rip the tank off and plumb the toilet straight to outlet. I am not really down with doing that unless I install a house toilet with a water tank to flush it. I think I am going put some metal strapping under it from frame rail to frame rail with some self-tapping screws.

Still think a pc of 2 x 4 steel tubing with a pc of plywood would support it much better, it would be very similar to what you have except the tubing would be attached to the frame rails.
