Looking for an aftermarket black water holding tank flush system. Getting tired of running a hose into the TT to flush the tank every time we leave, if anyone knows of a great system that does the job of getting it clean please let me know.

One device that a LOT of people use is called a Flush King. It attaches to the black and gray drain port and will let you back fill the black or gray tank from outside the trailer. A fresh water hose is hooked to this device and you run water and it forces it back into the tank. When the tank is full you pull the valve on the Flush King and the whole tank empties down the drain.
I had something similar to what BamaBob posted, but it wouldn't work because my plumbing had curves/turns between the sewer outlet and tank itself. The water jet from that rinser just didn't have any pressure by the time it made it to the tank.

Ya I looked at those tank rinsers but they work only if you have a straight line shot from your port into your tank. And these only get about and inch or two of water in your tank and then they just can't overcome the water trying to get back out of your tank. The units with a valve you can close will fill up the tank all the way.

Big fan of the Flush King. Been using one for years. Even though my Rockwood has the black water flush system, I still use the Flush King several times a year to really clean the tank out.

The problem with our TT waste pipe is that it is not a straight run. It leaves the tank out the back facing the rear of TT, makes two 45* turns down and to the side, so what we need is a permanent mount inside the holding tank. I see a couple of posts that will work. Thanks again.
So what happens if you don't flush your black tank like this? I have a new trailer and after I dump the black tank, I run it about 1/3 full and dump a second time. But I don't have anything to do the kind of rinsing being talked about here. Is it really necessary?
