Black water drain cable

Columbus 325RL, had problems with black water drain since purchase of RV. Black water drains into drain tube with valve closed. Dealer drained and flushed system and said it was something in valve. Next replaced black water valve and still leaks. Replaced drain cable and worked for a while. Today I removed panels under RV and found where drain cables come through RV frame the hole is not lined up. Causing drain cable to rub frame and wear through until the cable binds and will not close. I would think the dealer should have caught this when replacing the valve or certainly the cable. Not a happy camper
