Black Water Flush

Newby here! We bought a 2016 Sunseeker and have had it winterized while we learn as we watched. The very experienced person winterizing said out black water flush was not letting water or anti-freeze in. As he attempted to put water in the valve opening, the water squirted back out. He said it was blocked. As we understand it, this is the wand that stirs the black water tank. Is there a switch or knob to turn to allow the water to enter? We bought this as a used RV so the warranty did not transfer. Before taking it somewhere, I thought I would check with this experienced group. Thanks

He tried to blow it out w an air compressor and said the air would not go in. He then used an air compressor to put anti-freeze into the black tank flush input valve on the side of the RV and said it wasnt going in.

Doesn't sound to me like he was experienced. I would venture a guess is the backflow valve is stuck.

If it is stuck, is there a way to get it unstuck or does it have to be replaced?

I have a 2015, my black water flush worked this spring and then became plugged this fall. Sounds like the same thing. It is in the shop right now being replaced!

I have a 2010 Forest River Cardinal I recently purchased. The same problem exists. Air or water will not get to the black tank. The flush out valve on mine has a screen where a water hose or air blowout connects. So why is there an anti siphon valve inline to the black tank?
