black water flush hookup

I have a Forest River Surveyor 189. Under the sewer side of the trailer - left rear corner - about 8 in from both sides are two 3/4 " pipes (capped) protruding about 2" from the bottom and pointing down. Water ? came out when one cap was removed. With the proper hookup could one of these be for a Black water flush

These are very likely (99.9% positive) the low-point drains to be used when winterizing your trailer.
