Black Water/Grey Water and Galley holding tanks

Hi there. We can't find the answer to this anywhere. Have a brand new to us 2015 Sierra 393CK destination trailer. The specs we had said there should be a black water holding tank, a grey water holding tank and a galley holding tank. We seem to be missing a tank, and the black and grey water tanks are plumbed together, so we need to dump the tank daily. Is this normal?

I had a similar issue. I found the THIRD value pull behind the tires and it was in the open position so the water form the galley sink just ran in to the waste pipe You should have three waste pulls.

Had similar on our 2015 29RBKS Puma. Our galley valve was forward of the axels. The black and grey were plumbed together but valved separately to the rear of the axels.
