Black water tank leaking

I was having trouble with my valve, but got it replaced at Courtesy RV in Klamath Falls OR. However the next time we used it, about two days into dry camping, it started leaking from OUTSIDE the drain tube. That is, I noticed it dripping, along the outside of the drain tube, even though the inside of the tube was dry. It was a slow drip, and didn't start for a couple of days.
I cant look directly at the tank, since there is a belly cover, but took it to the dealer again, so they could research it. I am not sure if perhaps they didn't put the new valve on right, or if the tank is cracked at the cutout. Whatever, I am not pleased that this wasn't anticipated, or with the lack of workmanship.
Any thoughts? This happen to anyone else?

when a new valve is installed its very sensitive to overtourqing the screws or not evenly tightening the flange .... very easy to get a leak ...
