i know of 2 people who have used this process with great resolve.
The OP should post on RVnet. I have had two major (at least to me) issues resolved by CW to my satisfaction.

Good Luck

Were you able to fix it? Or is it more involved?

Black water tank not flushing

We contacted the company and they said to send them pictures and they'd look into it and try to find a solution. Well, we sent pictures and then NEVER heard back from them. I'm sure they realized they messed up big time and didn't want to deal with it, leaving the problem for us to deal with. My husband, who can fix just about anything, fixed the problem himself. He ended up physically moving the toilet over so that it aligned with the tank and realigned the plumbing so now it's where it should be. I'm finding that you cannot rely on some of these companies to back up their products and own up to mistakes made. Just another lesson learned. We'll never buy from them again.

Would you mind posting pictures of before and after the fix? It may help someone in the future to avoid or rectify a similar situation.

We had attempted to call the company but the person answering wouldn't even put our call through to a rep. Emails were not responded to either. The toilet was not mounted in the right spot, so my husband moved the toilet and fixed the problem himself.

No I'm afrad it's going to be a long process. Forest River doesn't look very promising.
