Black Water valve leaking where comes out from camper

On our first trip this year I went to drain the black water tank and noticed where the drain pipe comes out of the camper it was leaking. It's leaking out of the area that has the stuff that holds the pipe on to the bottom of the camper. It wasn't a bad leak but it will only get worse.

Sorry for not explaining it any better.

When the unit was winterized, was the black tank drain plumbing drained or had antifreeze added. If it did not leak last year and the drain line was not drained or winterized, it may have frozen and cracked slightly.
