Camco in line water filter

We have a 2012 Rockwood Roo 19 with a water filter installed in the unt. I feel that we loose a lot of water pressure with this and am looking into the Camco in line water filter that attaches to the hose on the outside of the camper. Can anyone give me any input who uses this and if they think the pressure is not affected. Thanks!!

Yeah, I've taken the filter out of the onboard canister in hopes that would help with the low pressure. No. Went with the inline filter. Nope. It wasn't until I connected the adjustable water pressure regulator and did away with the cheapo plastic regulator did I see a very noticeable difference in the water pressure. Now I know exactly how much pressure is coming in.

We removed our onboard filter even before using the trailer for the first time simply based on all the negative publicity in forums and its a pain to get to, plus I did not like the idea of it sitting in sweltering heat for a couple weeks while we are not using the trailer.
We have used the Camco outside filter the last couple of years and like it for the following reasons:
1) seems to do a decent job filtering and eliminating any off smell or taste of various waters.
2) Its outside, eliminating any worries about leaking
3) when we are not camping, we simply cap the filter with the caps that come with it and toss it in the fridge, as they recommend, so its not sitting in the heat being a breeding grounds for whatever!
4) they are quite reasonably priced as a 2pack from Amazon and also well priced at Walmart.

We will go back to using them in our new trailer.

There is a thread on here within the past month or so where I did a gpm flow test on the camco "blue bullet"
At my house I only had a 1gpm flow drop with the filter.
This is the filter we use. Doesn't filter out alot of smaller particles, but does keep alot of junk from getting in your pipes.

I dont know how to link from the treads on here, but I'll try to bump it up if I can find it.
