Cap for fresh water tank Wolf Pup 17RP

Somewhere along the road I lost a cap on my fresh water tank. Now every time I connect to city water it just sits there and drips out water. I guess there was a cap on this little black pipe plug. I need to replace it. i have some pics to see if anyone can help me out. This is for the Forest River Wolf Pup 17RP.

Looks like the air relief for the fresh water tank. Keeps from causing an air-lock while filling the tank. Most have a small tube that connects above the FW filler. Not sure why it would drip other than condensation or expansion due to temp changes.

Do not have a PUP so can't be more certain.
