Changing or bypassing inside water filter. .

How do I shut off the water to the inside filter canister? I bought a new filter, to change the old one out. And is it possible to just bypass that filter all together and just use the outside water filter?

Disconnect from city water, make sure water pump is off, relieve pressure by opening one faucet and then change filter. Yes you can by-pass filter, see below....

Thanks for the quick response. I will try to change the filter out. I have watched my husband do it, but didn't pay close enough attention, and he's not here. Have low water pressure inside the camper, and thought they needed changing. I disconnected the city water hose, to check flow and it was fine.

Update: changed the inside water filter, and now have water pressure like I should. Thanks for all the responses and ideas! I am going to switch to an outside filter, like 5picker, showed in the picture. All is well, on with camping in Brooklyn, Mi.
