Chaparral 370FL black water valve location

Can anyone tell me where to find the black tank backflow valve? I contacted Forrest River...and as per previous contacts were no help. They suggested under the bathroom sink..and behind the shower faucet. Nothing under the sink, and the area behind the shower faucet is totally inaccessible, unless I cut a hole in the kitchen backsplash. It’s a 2018 model, and I cant get any flow when hooked up to the black water flush. I assume its a defective valve, or hooked up backwards...I just cant locate it. I’m done with the dealer.....they know less about this rig than I do. Any help appreciated.

Hmm..guess I bought the only one. Finally after many emails to the factory I located the valve. Mounted under the LR floor. Valve was installed backwards. Seems no one knew what the directional arrow on the valve means.
