Chaparral fresh water drain

I just bought a 2015 Chaparral fifth wheel 345BHS and I have not been able to find a fresh water drain valve. I found a blue line with a cap on it underneath but all my other campers had a valve so I am not sure if there is water in it. Also there are 2 white open ended drain type lines with no caps or valves and I am not sure what they do. I only see one line that must go to fresh water tank and I am assuming it fills the tank and also it's the suction line for pump. I wish it had a plumbing diagram so I new my winterizing was complete.
Thanks

Chaparral fresh water drain

Assuming they are all grouped together the capped pipe is the fresh water drain and the one or two uncapped lines are fresh water tank overfill drains.

I cut the cap fitting and put this valve on.

This valve is better suited if you don’t have a pex crimp tool. I have used both and they work great.
