Cherokee Lite 18DD Water System Question

I just purchased a 2007 Cherokee Lite by Forest River 18DD travel trailer. I was de-winterizing the water system and I realized there is no filter in the water filter under the sink and there appears to be a leak around that area. I either need to know what size filter it takes or I am thinking I might buy the pex stuff to bypass the filter. Any thoughts or ideas?

Thanks,

I run mine without a filter but i use city water from my house as i boondock. If you go to different campgrounds its probably a good idea. I will have to look at mine this weekend when I go back.... of course I have a bigger problem but thats for a different message!
