City Water Connection

Bought a new-to-me HW252. The guy before didn't winterize so I've been fixing water leaks. I was surprised to find that the city water main connection was plumbed in 1/4" PEX. That seems odd since the remainder of the camper is in 1/2" PEX. I don't seem to have water pressure issues at the sink but the outdoor shower is very low. Should I change out the 1/4" to 1/2? Or is there some other reason it's 1/4"

I would change it to 1/2 inch. Should have been that way from the factory. They only use 1/2 inch, so someone must have repaired it with what they had. That way, if you ever have a problem, and need a repair, you know it is all the same size, and uses the same crimp rings and crimp tool.
