City water connection fills fresh water tank

I have a brand new Microlite 21 DS. When I connect to the city water system my fresh water tank and sometimes my gray water tank will fill. What's the issue? Thanks

The fresh water tank filling is probably a stuck or faulty check valve at the fresh water pump. Turn off the city water, turn on the 12V pump, run the water in the sinks for a few minutes, turn off the water in the sink, turn off the 12V pump, turn the city water back on and see if that fixes it. Usually it is just the check valve stuck and this will fee it up.

Water getting to the grey water tank is puzzling, it should only be able to get there through the drains in the sinks and shower. Are you determining there is water there by actually seeing the water or are you reading the tank gauges, the tank gauges are notorious for bein inaccurate.
