clear water leaking into aft black tank (2013 Sierra 365SAQ)

I've been fulltiming (mostly stationary, but with trips about once per month). I'd noticed that the aft black tank, (which drains the aft head), has been filling up very quickly. At first, I thought it was just my kids using a lot of water, but after the last time she dumped it, my wife left the valve open, but didn't hook up a hose to the built in flush port. After 20 min of draining, there is still a small stream of clear water, which i'd expect if i was using the flush, but without any other water input, it seams there is a leak somewhere. i checked the aft toilet in the aft head for leaks, and it's not leaking. is the aft black tank plumbed to anything other than the aft toilet? We have galley and aft grey water tanks, which i know drain the sink in the aft head and the galley. Thanks for any help in getting this leak diagnosed.
