Coachman 21 QB Newbie

We just purchased a 2012 Coachman 21 QB, can someone tell me how to correctly utilize the two hose connections on the driver side of my RV, One is marked city water, the other has no designation. Why two connections for water? Does one fill the fresh water tank or both?

One should be a connection from the campground water faucet (City Water) and the other should be to fill the on board water tank. Pictures should help make sure. Normally the city water connection will not fill the on board water tank.

The second one could be for the black tank flush or for winterizing.
